Step 1

Blenderize or process first 5 ingredients.

TwisSis RIP Forever in our Kitchen

This banana bread was a delicious easy-fix w/a moist perfect texture & used oats (1 of my fave ingredients as stated in my profile). I did use the 1/2 cup option of nuts (walnuts) & it required the full 55 min of bake time to test done. I did not use any topping or glaze as we prefer banana bread plain or lightly dusted w/powd sugar when served. Very good recipe that I expect to repeat. Thx for sharing it w/us.
