Step by Step Method
FOR THE STUFFING
Step 1
Cook the bacon. Remove, add shallots add greens. Cook until wilted.
Step 2
Add stuffing.
Step 3
Cut into side of chop, stuff the stuffing.
Step 4
Place the stuffed chops in baking dish.
Step 5
Mix the stock with butter and mustard; pour over chops.
Step 6
Wrap in tin foil.
Step 7
Bake in oven for 40 minutes.
Step 8
The last 10 minutes, pour cream over cream. Bake uncovered.
