Step 1: Cook the bacon. Remove, add shallots add greens. Cook until wilted.
Step 2: Add stuffing.
Step 3: Cut into side of chop, stuff the stuffing.
Step 4: Place the stuffed chops in baking dish.
Step 5: Mix the stock with butter and mustard; pour over chops.
Step 6: Wrap in tin foil.
Step 7: Bake in oven for 40 minutes.
Step 8: The last 10 minutes, pour cream over cream. Bake uncovered.
