" This is a great side dish for Chicken or Turkey. Also goes well for a special brunch. The recipe was originally from "The chopping block" by Philomena Corradeno. I have tweaked it a bit. You may make ahead and reheat just before serving."

Step 1

Saute the onions and rosemary in 1 tablespoon oil over medium heat until lightly browned approximately 10 minutes, remove from pan.

Step 2

Add 2 tablespoons oil to the pan, heat, add mushrooms saute until the are browned. 5 minutes Approximately

Step 3

Return onions to the pan add remaining ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes

Step 4

Check your seasoning and serve
