Step 1: Saute the onions and rosemary in 1 tablespoon oil over medium heat until lightly browned approximately 10 minutes, remove from pan.
Step 2: Add 2 tablespoons oil to the pan, heat, add mushrooms saute until the are browned. 5 minutes Approximately
Step 3: Return onions to the pan add remaining ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes
Step 4: Check your seasoning and serve
