Step by Step Method
Step 1
Dredge chicken pieces in flour shake off excess. brown in oil
Step 2
Put chicken in casserole.
Step 3
Saute onion celery and garlic, pour over chicken add spices, add tomatoes, mushrooms and add wine; cover and bake 90 minutes at 400 degrees until chicken tender no time given.
Step 4
May need a little water.
