Step 1: Dredge chicken pieces in flour shake off excess. brown in oil
Step 2: Put chicken in casserole.
Step 3: Saute onion celery and garlic, pour over chicken add spices, add tomatoes, mushrooms and add wine; cover and bake 90 minutes at 400 degrees until chicken tender no time given.
Step 4: May need a little water.
