Step by Step Method
Step 1
Fry bacon, remove and place on paper towel.
Step 2
Brown onion and bell pepper in drippings.
Step 3
Add tomatoes, ketchup, Tabasco and crumbled bacon.
Step 4
Pour in greased casserole, sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese and bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes or until rice is dry enough to separate.
