Mix the hamburger, green onions seasoning to taste and parmesan cheese together

Form patty

Cook on griddle

Same pan saute mushrooms in butter

Butter bun toast it

I doubled the recipe using very lean beef mince but served in without the bun for dietary reasons. The only change I made was to put a lid on the pan the melt the cheese over the burger patties and the mushrooms and it made for a very enjoyable dinner with a garden salad on the side. Thank you Dee made for For Your Consideration tag game at FF&F.

Great burgers! Increased to make 4 burgers which we all enjoyed. Skipped the parsley but otherwise made as directed. thanks for sharing!
