  • 1 teaspoon parsley, minced
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 mushroom, sliced
  • 1 slice tomato
  • 1 ounce hamburger bun
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 ounce mozzarella cheese, sliced (1 slice)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix the hamburger, green onions seasoning to taste and parmesan cheese together

  • Step 2: Form patty

  • Step 3: Cook on griddle

  • Step 4: Same pan saute mushrooms in butter

  • Step 5: Butter bun toast it

  • Step 6: Flip burger

  • Step 7: Add mozzarella cheese

  • Step 8: Place mushrooms on top

  • Step 9: Put toasted lid on

  • Step 10: On plate put bottom of bun

  • Step 11: Top with tomato slice

  • Step 12: Put burger on top
