Step 1

Butter outside of the bread.

Step 2

Spread mayonnaise over the inside of the bread,

Step 3

Place a slice of cheese on top of mayo.

Step 4

Squirt a little mustard on one slice of cheese,( we use alot ) cover with other side.

Step 5

Put on hot skillet brown on each side.

I used wholegrain bread, wholegrain Dijon mustard and slices of American cheddar and cooked in my snack maker using panini plates so therefore did not use butter and I halved the amount of mayonnaise and used a bit more than a dash of mustard and the sandwich was ooey gooey cheesy delight to eat for lunch.
