Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F.
Step 2
Grease and flour bundt cake pan, shaking out excess flour.
Step 3
Combine first 7 ingredients in large bowl and beat thoroughly.
Step 4
Pour into prepared bundt pan.
Step 5
Bake until tester inserted in center comes out clean, about 50-60 minutes.
Step 6
Let cool 5 minutes in pan, then invert onto rack.
Step 7
Blend 1/4 cup coffee liqueur with powdered sugar in small bowl until smooth.
Step 8
Drizzle evenly over warm cake.
