Step by Step Method
Step 1
Flatten each biscuit into a 3-in. circle (I use the palm of my hand and pound to flatten) press into a well-greased muffin cup.
Step 2
Spoon about 1 scant tablespoon pizza sauce into each flattened biscuit, then top each with 2 slices of pepperoni, then shredded mozzarella cheese. spoon 1 teaspoon pizza sauce onto top of the cheese (you can omit the pizza sauce on top if you like).
Step 3
Bake in a preheated 375 degree F oven for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown (since the dough is thin these bake very quickly if you overbake the dough will burn, that's what happened to mine, also these puff up while baking).
