Step 1

Cook beans ,bay leaf ,garlic for 10 minutes. Add snow peas last 5 minutes

Step 2

Drain any liquid that is still in pan. Remove the bay leaf

Step 3

Meanwhile, mix up salad dressing

Step 4

Pour 1/2 dressing into hot beans. Let cool

Step 5

Add rest of ingredients and then the dressing; toss then chill
