"From the Girl scout cookbook 1988. You can add more jalapenos if you wish. Wear gloves when messing around with peppers and don't touch your eyes! This seems to be pretty old recipe."

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400F.

Step 2

Whisk dry ingredients into bowl.

Step 3

Mix rest of ingredients, except cheese.

Step 4

Pour half of the batter into skillet which has been greased (use some of the bacon grease) and heat.

Step 5

Sprinkle cheese over the mixture and pour in rest of batter.

Step 6

Bake until brown.
