Step 1

Combine all the Spread ingredients, except for the lettuce and watercress. Mix well and form into a cheese wheel, 1-inch high. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate several hours or overnight. This helps develop the flavors of the spread, so it's very important to make this ahead.

Step 2

Combine ingredients for sauce and refrigerate to blend flavors.

Step 3

To serve, place a bed of bibb or red lettuce on serving plate. Set wheel on top. Frost with sauce and garnish with watercress. Serve with crackers. Makes 2 cups

Delicious shrimp spread with wonderful flavours! I made the whole part of the shrimp spread and halved the cocktail sauce. Which for us was perfect. Served it with rice crackers for my afternoon snack on this snowy afternoon! Thank you for sharing another keeper Nat! Made for Billboard Recipe Tag.
