Step by Step Method

Step 1

Break or cut vegetables into bite size pieces, place in large bowl.(Some family members are not that fond of olives which has me only adding a few -for those of us that do I serve the rest of the olives on the side)

Step 2

Pour dressing over vegetables, mix and refrigerate overnight.

Stir occasionally

I left out the tomatoes and mushrooms because I wasn't sure if it would be eaten all at once and I didn't want them to get mushy. This was delicious and enjoyed for our barbecue over the 4th of July. Even the kids liked it!

I made this recipe using bresh button muhrooms instead of the canned ones the recipe called for and I iomitted the water chestnut as I had none on hand. I also used frozen corn instead of mini cob corn. I served this at a pot luck I was hosting at our summer camp and it was enjoyed by all!! Made for the Billboard Recipe Tag Game.
