Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1 bunch broccoli, with stems
  • 3 stalks celery
  • 6 medium carrots, cut in strips
  • 1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes (or basket)
  • 5 green onions sliced
  • 1 (10 ounce) can whole mushrooms, drained
  • 1 (14 ounce) can pitted black olives, drained ( I only add a few olives)
  • 1 (14 ounce) can miniature corn cobs, drained
  • 1 (8 ounce) can water chestnuts, drained
  • 1 green pepper, cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 (8 ounce) bottle Italian dressing (I use Kraft)
We recommend you get your ingredients ready before you start cooking. Once you're ready, here are the steps to making this delicious recipe

How to Make

  • Step 1: Break or cut vegetables into bite size pieces, place in large bowl.(Some family members are not that fond of olives which has me only adding a few -for those of us that do I serve the rest of the olives on the side)

  • Step 2: Pour dressing over vegetables, mix and refrigerate overnight.

  • Step 3: Stir occasionally
