Step by Step Method
Step 1
Cut the fish into individual portions and lay them skin side down on the smoker rack.
Step 2
Brush with the maple syrup and sprinkle with salt.
Step 3
Start the prepared smoker and smoke at 250 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 hour.
Step 4
Allow to cool completetly and serve.
