  • 3 pounds fresh salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon sea salt

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cut the fish into individual portions and lay them skin side down on the smoker rack.

  • Step 2: Brush with the maple syrup and sprinkle with salt.

  • Step 3: Start the prepared smoker and smoke at 250 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 hour.

  • Step 4: Allow to cool completetly and serve.
