I made this recipe for our X-Mas Eve dinner w/my MIL & served it w/potatoes, vegetable gratin, stuffed pears & Icelandic LaufabrauĂ° (a crisp flatbread). Seafood was requested by my MIL, salmon my pick & this recipe is the perfect way to combine a glaze w/the delicate flavor of salmon. The mustard product I used added dill & I was generous w/lemon pepper. Thx for sharing this recipe. We loved it!

I made this for hubby and I for a special date night dinner. It was so easy but you wouldn't know it by the flavor. It was sooo delicious! I made glazed sweet potatoes and cole slaw to have with it.

Very good salmon which we served with watermelon salad. Easy and good. i also liked that this recipe only served 2 - my piece of salmon was 3/4 pound - just right for two! Thanks for sharing!
