Step 1: Generously coat the bottom of an 8 inch baking pan with non-stick spray and place the fillet inside the pan, skin side down.
Step 2: Generously sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Step 3: Mix the remaining ingredients together and pour over the salmon.
Step 4: Place the pan in a preheated 375 degree Fahrenheit oven and cook until fish just starts to flake when poked with a fork at its thickest spot, about 15 minutes depending on thickness of fillet.
