Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 12 to 14 ounces salmon fillet
  • 2 tablespoons prepared mustard (old fashioned grainy mustard)
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/2 tablespoon oil (vegetable oil)
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh ground pepper to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Generously coat the bottom of an 8 inch baking pan with non-stick spray and place the fillet inside the pan, skin side down.

  • Step 2: Generously sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  • Step 3: Mix the remaining ingredients together and pour over the salmon.

  • Step 4: Place the pan in a preheated 375 degree Fahrenheit oven and cook until fish just starts to flake when poked with a fork at its thickest spot, about 15 minutes depending on thickness of fillet.
