"My own recipe, based on other recipes- makes 6-7 pints. This is delicious with chicken or Indian dishes. Mangoes and Apples should be peeled, cut into approx 1/2" cubes. This makes wonderful Christmas Gifts. Makes 6 pints."

Step 1

In a Heavy pot, place all the ingredients-over medium high stir constantly until a boil is reached.

Step 2

Turn down the heat to low Medium/low so the mixture is constantly simmering-cook for 60 minutes - then taste and add more sugar if needed ( and simmer a bit more).

Step 3

Pour into sterilized jars , cap and place in a canner - boil for 15 minutes.
