Step 1: In a Heavy pot, place all the ingredients-over medium high stir constantly until a boil is reached.
Step 2: Turn down the heat to low Medium/low so the mixture is constantly simmering-cook for 60 minutes - then taste and add more sugar if needed ( and simmer a bit more).
Step 3: Pour into sterilized jars , cap and place in a canner - boil for 15 minutes.
