Step by Step Method

Step 1

Drain off the liquid from the canned beans and corn and rinse.

Step 2

Cut the avocado into half, remove the seed and peel.

Step 3

Cut the avocado into cubes.

Drizzle lemon juice over the avocado cubes and toss gently.

Cut the mango into half.
