Step by Step Method
Step 1
Drain off the liquid from the canned beans and corn and rinse.
Step 2
Cut the avocado into half, remove the seed and peel.
Step 3
Cut the avocado into cubes.
Step 4
Drizzle lemon juice over the avocado cubes and toss gently.

This prevents the avocado from turning black.

Cut the mango into half.

Peel and cut the flesh into cubes.

Mix all the ingredients for the salad in a big bowl. Sprinkle paprika to taste .

Mix well.
