Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325°F.
Step 2
Heat oil in a skillet and gently brown the garlic.
Step 3
Crumble the sausage into the pan and brown it.
Step 4
In a bowl, combine bread crumbs, cheese, parsley and egg.
Step 5
Add sausage to bowl and mix well.
Step 6
Fill mushroom caps with stuffing.
Step 7
Place mushrooms in a baking pan lined with foil.
Step 8
Add a little chicken stock to the pan to keep the mushrooms from drying out.
Step 9
Bake for 15-30 minutes, depending on the size of the mushrooms.
Step 10
Serve hot.
