"A great way to use up leftover macaroni and cheese . . . it's actually better the second time around. The yield will vary with the amount of leftovers you have. Feel free to experiment with different spices. Note: The macaroni and cheese squares can be frozen until ready to use. Just thaw, bread and deep fry and bake!"

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat overn to 350 degrees.

Step 2

Cut the macaroni and cheese into squares./cubes

Step 3

Mix water into beaten egg.

Step 4

Roll macaroni cubes/squares into flour.

Step 5

Dip floured cheese cubes in egg/water mixture.

Step 6

Now roll the cube in the Panko crumbs and place on a dish and continue with the rest of the squares.

Step 7

Heat oil in fry pan and brown on both sides, about two minutes per side.

Step 8

Place on foil lined sheet pan (sprayed with cooking oil) and bake in 350 degree oven. Bake for approximately 10 - 12 minutes.
