Step by Step Method
Step 1
Mix flour, salt, garlic powder, pepper, paprika and seasoned salt together.
Step 2
Mix milk and eggs together.
Step 3
Dip washed chicken in milk and eggs mixture and then coat chicken with flour mixture.
Step 4
Heat oil(1/3-inch deep) over medium heat until it reaches 325° or a pinch of flour dances on top.
Step 5
Place chicken in oil skin side down and cover tightly.
Step 6
Cook chicken in oil until light brown, turning gently once or twice.
Step 7
L Remove cover from skillet the last five minutes or so to crisp chicken.
