"Most dry rubs have sugar in them as a matter of course. In this rub, the sugar is not necessary and works fine with Splenda. This makes enough rub to do one rack of ribs."

I used sugar instead of splenda but otherwise made it the same and it was a great rub to use on ribs I was doing in the smoker. Excellent!
