"For those of you who know me well, it's no secret that I'm a devoted coffee-holic. Most of the time it's your basic coffee w/cream & sugar or a generous amt of Bailey's on occasion. BUT I also enjoy indulging myself w/specialty coffee beverages if they're not too complex to make or require hard-to-find ingredients here in Iceland. This recipe is part of a whole slew of easy-fix recipes I found at verybestbakingdotcom. The 2 min microwave time was combined w/the prep time to = the 3 min total. ENJOY!"

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Microwave evaporated milk & ice cream topping in sml (uncovered) microwave-safe bowl on high power for 2 min or until very hot. Carefully pour mixture into blender. Cover & blend on high for 1 min or until very frothy on top.
Step 2
Place 2 tsp coffee crystals into 2 12-oz coffee mugs. Add 1/2 cup hot water to each mug & stir to combine. Gently pour milk mixture into each mug, spooning foam on the top surface. Thinly drizzle foam w/ice cream topping, if desired.
