Step 1

Great mash! Wonderful combination of veggies. And I must say that the wee bit of maple syrup sure helped to take away the bitterness that some parsnips can have. Served this with braised blade steak and red cabbage. DH wants more!! Thanks Sue for sharing. Made for Billboard Recipe Tag.
