"The tater tot craze marches on. This time Taste of Home touts them for use in a breakfast or brunch casserole & credits Nancy Heishman of Las Vegas, Nevada. My Sat morning brunch for Siggi's family will likely see this recipe in March. Serve it w/some buttered toast plus fresh fruit & you're ready-to-go in a flash. ENJOY!"
