Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 to 3 pounds beef steak tips
  • 1 bottle (16 ounce) Italian salad dressing
  • 1 pound mushrooms, sliced (button mushrooms)
  • 2 large onions (cut in half vertically and sliced)
  • 1/4 cup oil (olive oil)
  • 1 1/2 cups Marsala wine (dry)
  • 2 to 3 garlic cloves (depending on how much you like garlic)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Marinate steak tips in Italian salad dressing for 2-24 hours.

  • Step 2: In a large teflon skillet add olive oil, then add mushrooms, onions and garlic.

  • Step 3: Season with salt and pepper, to taste.

  • Step 4: Add marsala wine and let gently boil, until veggies are doine, and the wine is reduced.

  • Step 5: Grill steaks to your desired doneness, and place on serving plate.

  • Step 6: Cover with veggies, and serve hot with your favorite sides.
