Step 1: Marinate steak tips in Italian salad dressing for 2-24 hours.
Step 2: In a large teflon skillet add olive oil, then add mushrooms, onions and garlic.
Step 3: Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
Step 4: Add marsala wine and let gently boil, until veggies are doine, and the wine is reduced.
Step 5: Grill steaks to your desired doneness, and place on serving plate.
Step 6: Cover with veggies, and serve hot with your favorite sides.
