This roast couldn't be any easier and comes out of the oven perfectly cooked. Mashed potatoes, Caesar Salad, and oven baked rolls were the perfect match. Along with lots of gravy of course!

I saw the studs of garlic injected into the roast in the picture so I did the same and then followed the recipe. Turned out med-rare just like we like it and was so delicious and real tender. Superb roast!

Bravo Linda! My husband and I both agree, this is the best beef roast I've ever made. The star of this recipe is the meat, which wasn't masked by spices or heavy sauces. The gravy was rich with flavor. My roast was 4 pounds and it cooked to a perfect medium rare at 1 hour and 50 minutes. Thank you our new Thanksgiving tradition.
