Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Season chops lightly.
Step 3
Heat oil, brown on both sides and remove.
Step 4
Brown onions on both sides and remove.
Step 5
Add chili powder and cook for 2 minutes.
Step 6
Add water, stir up bits.
Step 7
Add rest of ingredients.
Step 8
Pour into greased Pam sprayed 9x13 casserole.
Step 9
Season to taste.
Step 10
Put pork chops on top, then onions on top of pork chops.
Step 11
Cover and bake for 60 minutes until chops are tender.
