Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2: Season chops lightly.
Step 3: Heat oil, brown on both sides and remove.
Step 4: Brown onions on both sides and remove.
Step 5: Add chili powder and cook for 2 minutes.
Step 6: Add water, stir up bits.
Step 7: Add rest of ingredients.
Step 8: Pour into greased Pam sprayed 9x13 casserole.
Step 9: Season to taste.
Step 10: Put pork chops on top, then onions on top of pork chops.
Step 11: Cover and bake for 60 minutes until chops are tender.
