"I've had this recipe for about 20 years. It was attained through the Yankee Kitchen Radio show (recipe radio show hosted by the late Gus Saunders on the AM radio dial in Massachusetts). My family and I really enjoy this way of cooking kielbasa. I've served it as an appetizer and also for lunch/dinner. The kids enjoy it. This kielbasa recipe was submitted by "Angela" where it is her son-in-laws recipe. He won a prize for this recipe at the Chicopee Kielbasa Festival (festival that focuses on Kielbasa, Polish food, polka dancing, games, etc. where contestants can exhibit their Polish food talents). Sounds like lots of fun, doesn't it!"

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Cut kielbasa on the bias, 1/4-inch thick.
Step 2
Mix all ingredients in a bowl (orange juice - brown sugar) and set aside.
Step 3
Place the kielbasa in a large saucepan. Pour sauce mixture over kielbasa and simmer on med-high heat until mixture forms a glaze and absorbs most of the liquid.
Step 4
Splash with wine at the last minute.
Step 5
Serve.
