Step 1

Cook peas in boiling water for 1-2 minutes or until tender; drain.

Good old English Minty Peas - I love them. This is the first time I have added lemon ans sugar but it works. I was lucky to find some fresh peas they are better than frozen. I have used frozen too but fresh is better. I have spearmint in the garden so that's what I used. Very nice side dish with Gourmet Goulash.
