Step 1

Preheat oven to 350.

Cut bacon into small pieces and brown. Add peas, cream, salt and pepper.

Wow what a great recipe, we loved it. Such great flavor and textures. Loved the crispy bacon and cream in this dish. I used crushed homemade crotons for the breadcrumbs (what I had on hand) and made as written. It is delicious, I can't wait for our families reaction on Thanksgiving.
