  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper
  • Pinch Splenda granular (or sugar)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook peas in boiling water for 1-2 minutes or until tender; drain.
