"This is 4 servings if serving as an appetizer or 2 servings if this is the main meal. The longer these sit in the marinade the tastier they will be."

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Pour the avocado oil, lemon juice, tamari, and garlic powder into a large re-sealable plastic bag, and swish to mix.

Step 2

Add the wings, seal the bag, and shake lightly to coat the wings; place in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours. (The longer the wings sit in the marinade the more flavorful they will be)

Step 3

Preheat oven to 475 degrees Fahrenheit.

Step 4

Remove the wings from marinade and discard the marinade.

Step 5

Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and place the wings on parchment paper.

Step 6

Place the wings in the oven and cook for 10 minutes, turn over, and cook for another 10 minutes or until cooked through (The cook time will depend on the thickness of the wings.

Step 7

You can place the wings under the broiler for a couple of minutes if you want to crisp them up a bit but this is not necessary.

Step 8

Sprinkle with a bit of lemon pepper and salt.

Step 9

Enjoy

We liked these wings a lot, but cooked a bit longer than indicated. I didn't have any avocado oil so used safflower oil but otherwise made as directed. Thanks for sharing!
