Step 1
Pour the avocado oil, lemon juice, tamari and garlic powder in a large re-sealable plastic bag, swish to mix.
Step 2
Add the wings, seal the bag and shake lightly to coat wings; place in the refrigerator for 4 to 6 hours.
Step 3
Preheat oven to 475 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 4
Remove the wings from marinade and discard marinade.
Step 5
Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and place the wings on parchment paper.
Step 6
Place the wings in the oven and cook for 10 minutes, turn over and cook for another ten minutes or until cooked through (This will depend on thickness of wings.
Step 7
You can place the wings under the broiler for a couple of minutes if you want to crisp them up a bit but this is not necessary.
Step 8
Sprinkle with a bit of lemon pepper.
