Step 1

In a large bowl, layer all the vegetable ingredients in order.

Step 2

Smooth out the miracle whip over the entire top of the bowl of chopped vegetables.

Step 3

Sprinkle the sugar over the miracle whip.

Step 4

Sprinkle the cheddar cheese on top of salad.

Step 5

Shake a few bacon bits over entire top of salad, if desired.

Step 6

Refrigerate overnight.
