  • 1/2 cup carrots (shredded)
  • 1/2 cup red onion (chopped)
  • 10 ounces peas (frozen peas, cooked as directed on package)
  • 1/2 cup radishes, sliced
  • 1 pint salad dressing (Miracle Whip Salad Dressing)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • Bacon bits, optional

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a large bowl, layer all the vegetable ingredients in order.

  • Step 2: Smooth out the miracle whip over the entire top of the bowl of chopped vegetables.

  • Step 3: Sprinkle the sugar over the miracle whip.

  • Step 4: Sprinkle the cheddar cheese on top of salad.

  • Step 5: Shake a few bacon bits over entire top of salad, if desired.

  • Step 6: Refrigerate overnight.
