"Made these for a family picnic recently and they were a big hit. A little bit more steps to make than regular brownies, but oh-so-worth-it."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Spray a 9x13" pan with non-stick spray.
Step 3
In mixer, mix cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar till fluffy. Add 2 eggs and vanilla and mix till combined. Set aside.
Step 4
In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt from ingredients list for brownie layer.
Step 5
In another bowl, with mixer, mix melted butter, sugar and brown sugar till fluffy. Add in 2 eggs and vanilla and mix until combined.
Step 6
Slowly add in flour mixture to dough mixture and mix till combined.
Step 7
Spread 2/3 of dough mixture into prepared pan and spread out with a rubber spatula, as it will be thick.
Step 8
Sprinkle with 1/2 of the cinnamon/sugar mixture.
Step 9
Pour all of the cheesecake mixture over the top of the brownie mixture, and spread out with a spatula.
Step 10
Add remaining dough mixture on top of the cheesecake layer by breaking it into small pieces and placing all over the top, so it's evenly distributed.
Step 11
Sprinkle with remaining cinnamon/sugar mixture.
Step 12
Place in preheated 350°F oven and bake for 35-40 minutes, or just till it starts to pull away from the sides of the pan and doesn't jiggle when moved.
Step 13
Remove from oven when done, and cool completely before cutting into squares.
Step 14
IF there's any left, keep refrigerated.
