Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F.
Step 2: Spray a 9x13" pan with non-stick spray.
Step 3: In mixer, mix cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar till fluffy. Add 2 eggs and vanilla and mix till combined. Set aside.
Step 4: In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt from ingredients list for brownie layer.
Step 5: In another bowl, with mixer, mix melted butter, sugar and brown sugar till fluffy. Add in 2 eggs and vanilla and mix until combined.
Step 6: Slowly add in flour mixture to dough mixture and mix till combined.
Step 7: Spread 2/3 of dough mixture into prepared pan and spread out with a rubber spatula, as it will be thick.
Step 8: Sprinkle with 1/2 of the cinnamon/sugar mixture.
Step 9: Pour all of the cheesecake mixture over the top of the brownie mixture, and spread out with a spatula.
Step 10: Add remaining dough mixture on top of the cheesecake layer by breaking it into small pieces and placing all over the top, so it's evenly distributed.
Step 11: Sprinkle with remaining cinnamon/sugar mixture.
Step 12: Place in preheated 350°F oven and bake for 35-40 minutes, or just till it starts to pull away from the sides of the pan and doesn't jiggle when moved.
Step 13: Remove from oven when done, and cool completely before cutting into squares.
Step 14: IF there's any left, keep refrigerated.
