Step by Step Method
Step 1
Heat 1 Tablespoons cooking oil in a frying pan and add chopped onions. Fry till golden brown and then add chopped green chili followed by diced tomatoes. Fry until tomatoes extract their juice.

2. Add red chili powder, salt and pepper. Beat the eggs with the milk and a dash more of salt and pepper. Pour eggs into a separate greased hot frying pan over medium-high heat.
Step 3
3. When bottom is set place the tomato and onion mixture over one half and fold. Cook just a little more until the egg is completely set.
