Step 1: Heat 1 Tablespoons cooking oil in a frying pan and add chopped onions. Fry till golden brown and then add chopped green chili followed by diced tomatoes. Fry until tomatoes extract their juice.
Step 2: 2. Add red chili powder, salt and pepper. Beat the eggs with the milk and a dash more of salt and pepper. Pour eggs into a separate greased hot frying pan over medium-high heat.
Step 3: 3. When bottom is set place the tomato and onion mixture over one half and fold. Cook just a little more until the egg is completely set.
