Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spread tater tots out on a baking sheet.
Step 2
Combine onion powder, garlic powder, ginger, and salt in a small bowl. Sprinkle over tater tots and give them a good toss.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until tots are golden brown.
Step 4
Meanwhile, make the cheese sauce. In a medium-size saucepan, toss the cheese with the cornstarch. Pour in the evaporated milk and add in gochujang. Cook over medium low heat, stirring constantly, until cheese is melted and smooth and sauce thickens.
Step 5
Serve tots hot with cheese sauce for dipping.
