Step 4: Meanwhile, make the cheese sauce. In a medium-size saucepan, toss the cheese with the cornstarch. Pour in the evaporated milk and add in gochujang. Cook over medium low heat, stirring constantly, until cheese is melted and smooth and sauce thickens.
Step 5: Serve tots hot with cheese sauce for dipping.
